MEET ANDREA!
Originally from Adelaide, and having spent a couple of years in the UK, Andrea has returned to Australia and called Sydney home for the last four years. During this time, she has built a reputation as one of Sydney’s favourite celebrants, working in both weddings and funerals.
Andrea will be the first to tell you that her role as a celebrant is her true calling in life – and her couples agree (just read their reviews, they rave about her)!
The enjoyment Andrea yields from creating one-of-kind ceremonies and regaling audiences with her charisma and expert story-telling is evident in every single image that arrives from photographer galleries. She is joy personified and the best part about that is her joy is contagious. You can’t help but smile and feel good in Andrea’s company. She has a way of making everyone in the room feel seen, valued and included. It’s her super power.
Aside from being an excellent speaker and presenter, Andrea’s writing skills are second-to-none. She really takes the time to get to know her couples and find out as much as she can about how their thoughts and feelings about one another have developed over the course of the relationship so that she can cleverly weave these details into the ceremony story and take guests on journey that is punctuated with their best and brightest moments, as well as the smaller day-to-day happenings. It is her mission to pay homage to her couples in a way that feels genuine, deeply connected and authentic.
You will never hear Andrea harping on about cliched definitions of love and marriage. In fact, nothing about her writing or her approach to ceremony could ever be defined as cliche or corny, because Andrea is the real deal. And she is only interested in creating celebrations that feel real, and are remembered for all the right reasons.

Andrea is a wonderful Celebrant who is the ultimate professional that provided my wife and I the most intimate ceremony that we could dream of. We had friends come up to us after the Ceremony asking us how long we’ve been friends with the Celebrant for prior to the wedding, which led to them being surprised when we responded with “no, we won’t friends before”. This just speaks volumes about how well Andrea does things in her line of work, and someone who Kanalli and I recommend highly for all weddings.
From the moment we first enquired about our wedding ceremony with Andrea, we knew we were in excellent hands. She was incredibly organised, thoughtful, and charming, and helped us get married twice over the course of just one month. She always stayed one step ahead, taking care of everything without us even realising it. Andrea truly went above and beyond, ensuring that our wedding day was a magical and stress-free experience. It’s also worth noting that Andrea is LGBTQ+ friendly, which made us feel even more comfortable and supported throughout the planning process and on the big day itself.
