Falling in love after falling apart – Travis and Kailah’s story

They hadn’t been together very long when tragedy struck and Trav was hospitalised after enduring a fairly significant head/brain injury during a football game. He remained in a transitional unit for the next seven months while he recovered. Kailah visited him every day and did whatever she could to help him get better. Trav attributes much of his recovery to the love and care she gave him during this time.
