Alongside being a kickass celebrant and MC, Briony’s professional background is in aviation and media marketing and event management. But the part that probably made her hitch her cart to the wedding wagon is her performer side. Briony has been a performer, presenter and public speaker since she can remember. Being a wedding celebrant means she gets to scratch that performer itch, but in truth, she digs the whole box and dice. Celebrancy combines so much of what she loves into a unique role where she gets to meet incredible people (like you), hear (and tell) your story, and be part of one of the best days of your life!
Briony spends a lot of time getting to know her couples so she can deliver a ceremony you love; one that’s meaningful, enjoyable, and accurately reflects you as a couple. Your ceremony can be as long or as short – as detailed or as simple – as funny, as mushy, as YOU as you want it to be. But Briony truly believes it should be a highlight of your wedding day, rather than the part you look forward to being over so you can get on with a drink and a boogie (though that part’s pretty great too!)
There is nothing more important in this gig than making a connection and Briony prides herself on her storytelling skills and her ability to connect with an audience (your guests) through custom-crafted ceremonies that capture the essence of you as a couple… as well as legally getting you married!
Briony is an old-hand at this marriage-making biz. She been at it for more than seven years so it’s fair to say, you are in some of the best, most experienced hands when you book her as your celebrant.

Briony is also a fabulous MC and would love to stay on to host your reception.
